Selling in the NWSS Simmental Sale, Monday Jan 18 A full sib and a daughter to the 2008 NWSS Champion Pb Simm Heifer Open and Jr Show
K-LER Sweet Antonia 967W These heifers haven't been pushed and they haven't been pampered, and the pictures haven't been touched up. What you see is what you get. Sweet Katherine looks just like her mother; incredibly deep and sound, with more than enough muscle. Sweet Antonia is a full sib to K-LER Sweetness, and she is a complete outcross to the Dream On, Lucky, Power, Meyer, and Antoinette lines among others. K-LER Sweeter Than Ever has been producing powerful bull calves. K-LER Sweeter Than Ever has produced K-LER Double Sweet (Our 2009 denver display bull), K-LER Cohiba (The sire of Nichols Farms high selling bull "Best Ever"), and K-LER Renegade (The sire of 3 bulls for Jeff Springer's pen). Our high selling heifers from our fall sale "Diamonds in the Rough", were out of the same cow line. The top two sold for $14,750 and $14,000. K-LER Sweetness is the only PB Simm ever to win both the Denver JR show and the Open show in the same year. She also was Supreme Heifer at the MN State 4-H Fair, where several National Champions were in the line-up. She is the most massive heifer we have ever seen, and along with that she is incredibly sound and has a great hip. We recently sold a heifer out of Sweetness private treaty for a $14,000 valuation. This cow family doesn't miss. These two heifers in the Denver sale could be two of the best heifers to come from this cow family. Sweet Katherine is a little deeper and brooder, and Sweet Antonia is a little flashier and more stylish. Either way you can't go wrong.
