K-LER Wazn't Carrie is a fancy Foundation Simmental show prospect and future club calf mamma. She has a "grab you" look with style, thickness and performance. Her sire (75% Maine) has produced champion steers and heifers at numerous state fairs, and her mother (PB Simme) is a heavy milking, easy fleshing cow. Carrie will be one that can handle the competition this summer.

Enchantress is a brood cow and donor prospect that not only is eye appealing, but her EPD's read great too. She has been a great producer - her first calf won the Plattville Simmental show and her class at the MN State fair, we lost her second bull calf while on test, and last year she had twins- the male will be the lead steer for the Askeland Family in MN. Enchantress is sired by the high growth EPD leader Ellingson Black Perfector, and her dam was our son, Cliff's early years show heifer (she was reserve at tour state preview show that year).
She was bred AI to SAS All Star and cleaned up with our calving ease herdsire, Zeus, who is a Dream On, out of Kylie - our MN State Fair 4-H Reserve Supreme Overall. Zeus is co-owned with Brant Farms in Hinckley.
The vet said she was too close to call to either AI or natural service. AI date: 6/8/2007. Pasture exposed 6/20/07 to Zeus.
